Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Contact us within 10 days of receiving the products from our online store.
  2. The products must be in the same condition as when they were received, without their packaging being unsealed or tampered with.
  3. Must be accompanied by retail receipt or invoice.

To return the products you purchased from our online store, please contact us by phone +30 698 335 6947 or by email at info@factoplastika.com, stating the date of purchase and the number of the purchase document within this deadline.

The address for the return of the products is: Grypari 133, Kallithea, Attiki, Greece, 17672, marked “Factoplastika RETURN”.

To prepare the package for return, please consider the following:

Make sure you include all product accessories.
Make sure you include proof of payment. If you have received an invoice, you should issue a waybill and include it in the package.
Our store will send the credit invoice after receiving the products.

Please use durable packaging for shipping, paying attention to the following:

Returned products must be placed in the box they were received in, with the necessary protective materials (eg bubble wrap) or similar packaging, carefully so that they reach us in perfect condition, as you sent them.
Please do not send return products without being carefully packaged, as we do not want them to arrive worn, scratched or damaged.
Returns resulting in product damage due to improper packaging will not be accepted.

Once we receive the product and determine that it meets all of the above requirements for replacement, you will be immediately refunded to your account, unless you wish to exchange the product for something else or be sent a discount coupon of the same value for a future purchase.

Shipping costs are borne by Factoplastika only in the event of an established error in the order on our part or if a defective product has been shipped by us.

For any other reason, return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
